This Privacy Policy describes how Hella Fast, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our Framer Forms Connect application and plugin (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect‍

We collect information in two main categories to provide and maintain our Service:

Customer Information: When you install and configure Framer Forms Connect, we may collect information necessary to authenticate your account, verify your license status, and connect to your chosen third-party platforms. This includes OAuth tokens, API keys, webhook URLs, and plugin license keys.
End-User Form Data (Processed temporarily): When visitors to your Framer website submit a form utilizing our Service, the submitted data (such as names, emails, and custom fields) passes through our infrastructure.

2. How We Process and Route Data

‍Transparency and security are our priorities. We do not persistently store your end-users' form submission data on our servers. Our backend infrastructure operates strictly as a secure proxy and bridge. When a form is submitted on your Framer site, the data is routed through our endpoint to:

Validate your active Framer Forms Connect license.
Format the data payload to match the requirements of your connected destination.
Securely transmit the data directly to your connected CRM, email marketing platform, or messaging service (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Slack, Discord, Brevo, Beehiiv, etc.).

Once the transmission to the destination platform is complete, the temporary payload is discarded from our active memory.

3. Third-Party Services

‍To provide the Service, we utilize third-party infrastructure and connect to external platforms based on your configuration:

Connected Platforms: Services you actively integrate via our plugin to receive form submissions (including but not limited to HubSpot, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Jotform, Brevo, Beehiiv, Slack, and Discord).
Supabase: Our backend infrastructure provider used for securely routing requests, managing API/OAuth connections, and verifying plugin licenses.

4. Data Security

‍We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the transmission of your data. All data routed between your Framer website, our backend, and your connected third-party platforms is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
