By installing, accessing, or using the Framer Forms Connect plugin and associated integrations (the "Service") provided by Hella Fast, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

‍Framer Forms Connect is a software integration that allows users to connect custom forms built within the Framer website builder to external CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and communication services (such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Slack, Discord, Beehiiv, etc.).

2. License and Usage

Free and Pro Tiers: We offer both free and premium (Pro) versions of the Service. The free version may include visual watermarks or banners (e.g., "Upgrade to remove the banner") on live published sites.
Pro License: Purchasing a Pro license grants you the right to use the Service without watermarks, subject to our verification system. You may not bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent our license checking architecture.

3. User Responsibilities and Compliance

Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your website visitors (end-users) regarding the collection and transmission of their data to your chosen third-party platforms via our Service. You must maintain your own Privacy Policy on your Framer website that accurately reflects this data collection.
Third-Party Terms: Your use of the Service requires active accounts with the respective third-party platforms you choose to connect. You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policies, API limits, and Terms of Service of those specific platforms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

‍The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high reliability, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for form submissions lost due to third-party API downtime, network failures, rate limiting, or incorrect component configuration within Framer.

5. Limitation of Liability

‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hella Fast, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
